Bowers & Associates was established in 1982 with a single mission - to provide an outstanding investigative product to the insurance defense community. We have specialized in the investigation of construction defect, environmental and product liability claims for more than 25 years.

Our principal offices are located in San Diego and San Francisco. While we are a California based company, we are authorized in most states and are called upon to participate in the investigation of claims around the country.

The company is led by Randy Bowers, a 30 year experienced investigator, former instructor of investigative and discovery techniques, and an experienced deposition and trial witness. She leads a team of dynamic and experienced investigators, who share her commitment to an accurate, timely and outstanding investigative product.

In an effort to respect today’s economic challenges, Bowers & Associates recently launched a new division, Bowers CD Data. The goal of this subsidiary is to respond to the investigative needs of the construction defect claims professional and to simultaneously respect budget constraints and the “dollars invested per claim”. For as little as $250.00 a file, the handler can obtain that early information necessary for an initial coverage evaluation
